Meetings can be arranged at home or a location of your choice, at the office, or remotely. When booking a home visit, please provide your address or the location where you wish the meeting to take place. Please book your office appointment at least 48 hours in advance.

For home visits, travel expenses within a 20 km radius of Kaarlonkatu are included in the price. For distances exceeding this, an additional €0.75/km will be charged. Family packages are valid for 6 months from the first session. By choosing a package solution, you commit to paying the full price as agreed, either in a single payment or in installments with each visit.

This concise and goal-oriented counseling session is specifically designed for times when you want to pause and effectively focus on one topical theme.

The session also works wonderfully as a regular follow-up visit when your direction is already clear, but you need support along the way to maintain the interaction skills you have learned. Our work is always resource-oriented, solution-focused, and forward-looking – with the goal of restoring smoothness to everyday life and mutual understanding.

You can choose the best way for your family to meet: at our peaceful office on Kaarlonkatu in Hämeenlinna, via a flexible remote connection from home, or during an unhurried home visit. At the client's request, our unofficial therapy dog, Jaska, can participate to create a relaxed and approachable atmosphere at the office.
