• Travel expenses within a 20 km radius from Kaarlonkatu are included in the price. For distances exceeding this, a travel fee of €0.75/km will be added.

• Conscious companies: For employers who want to agree on a fixed support package (e.g., 1–5 sessions) tailored to the employee's needs.

What do the pre-booked sessions include?

• Goal-oriented short-term therapy: We map out the employee's situation and focus on solution-oriented approaches to the bottlenecks that hinder well-being or work.
• Concrete everyday tools: The employee receives practical exercises for stress management, setting boundaries, and supporting recovery.
• Flexible and fast booking: The employee can book an appointment directly from the calendar using agreed credentials, without intermediaries or long queues.
• Full confidentiality and tax deductibility: The discussions are strictly confidential. The service is a VAT-free healthcare service for the company, which can be deducted in corporate taxation.

Pre-booked sessions are always tailored to the needs of your company and employee (for example, in 45 or 60-minute slots). The sessions can be held very flexibly at your company's premises, at my clinic on Kaarlonkatu in Hämeenlinna, or via a remote connection.
