How does the process progress?

• Initial information: A brief introductory discussion to map out the situation.
• Individual sessions: Hearing each party separately and confidentially.
• Joint meeting: Addressing the issues together and drafting a mutual agreement.
• Follow-up: Checking the implementation of the agreement at a later date.
